In 2001 our family made the decision to re-locate to Spain. Many factors led us to Javea; not least schooling for two of our children, proximity to the seaside, shops, airports, facilities………… the list goes on.

It never occurred to us at the time to ask property owners if we could try out their properties in Javea while on holiday; test drive so to speak.

If you are looking for a rustic property near to International schools, on a flat plot and secure for children and pets then we a fairly confident you will love our Finca just like we did.

Since moving back to the UK in 2007 we have rented out the Finca in the summer months using holidaylettings.co.uk

If you decide to ‘Try before you Buy‘ and you decide to Buy, we will refund the cost of the rental from the agreed purchase price.
