Negative Considerations
1. No Garage; The Finca has a car port and plenty of parking space.
2. No Central Heating; Because the Finca has very thick walls it is cool in summer and warm in winter. Appreciating that many people would prefer central heating we have sourced a stand alone quote for a complete gas central heating system from Silvasol in Javea. Costed at €12,000. At present we use the open fire and plug in electric heaters which can be moved as required.
3.No Air Conditioning.
Our beautiful Finca in Javea offers generous accommodation, with a potential to enjoy authentic Casa & Campo. A lovely family property for the future.
