FINCA IN JAVEA, SPAIN Beautiful Rustic Finca & Adjoining Casita The Finca & Casita together provide excellent accommodation for two families sharing or Family and grandparents. The 200 year old Finca is our beautiful well cared for family home and the Casita its adjoining guest house. The Finca has telephone and wireless internet connected. Close to International schools, local schools, supermarkets and the town amenities of Javea.
 Our
traditional South facing Spanish Finca (Farmhouse) & its Casita (little
house) both recently refurbished are peacefully situated between the coastal
towns of Denia (5Km.) and Javea (5Km.). Dramatic views of Montgo to the North
and the green Valley of Gata De Gorgos to the South. Surrounded by Orange and Almond groves, the
property enjoys gardens where
the geraniums and bougainvillea bloom all year round.
  The
Finca consists of:Large South facing glazed Naya. # 10m x 5m  Three
Wooden double doors open directly onto the Stone paved patio and the
Swimming pool.
 Double
doors lead into The Kitchen # 6.5m x 4m The Newly fitted Kitchen in Beech with solid Beech Block work tops has Fagor Touch sensitive Ceramic hob and co-ordinating fan assisted Oven. Double Ceramic sink & dishwasher. 
 An open arch leads directly into The Spacious Lounge. # 10m x 4m 
 The lounge has an open fire (functional) and enjoys views of the rear garden and Montgo.

Adjoining the Finca is The Casita a separate apartment for guests.
